Non-returnable Products
At Vbelt Warehouse, we strive to provide high-quality products and fast fulfillment for every order. While many of our products are eligible for return, certain items are non-returnable due to their unique manufacturing and sourcing requirements. Non-returnable items will be clearly identified in your shopping cart.
Why Some Belts Are Non-Returnable
Some belts we offer are custom made to order or built to specific configurations that are not stocked as standard inventory. This includes:
- Banded belts (multiple belts joined together)
- Specialty constructions (V-ribbed, etc.)
- Non-standard lengths or configurations
- Certain metric and wedge belt profiles
Because these products are manufactured or assembled specifically for your order, they cannot be restocked or resold once produced.
Non-Returnable Belt Models
The following belt models are typically non-returnable due to the custom or made-to-order nature of many of their variations:
Banded V-Belts (All Variations Non-Returnable)
Banded belts are always made to order and are non-returnable in all configurations.
Timing Belts
L, XL, MXL
V-Ribbed Belts
EPJ, PJ, PK
Note: Many belts within these families—especially banded or specialty variations—are produced specifically per order and are therefore non-returnable.
What This Means for You
- All sales of non-returnable items are final
- These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun

To ensure you receive the correct product:
- Double-check your belt size, type, and specifications before ordering
- Reference your equipment manual or existing belt markings
